The Hadonium Mines

The Hadonium Overlord wears the mask, to avoid breathing in the evil effluvia. Protection he denies his miners. His poor slaves, breathing those toxic gases, are gradually losing their own vitality. But worse is the effect such gases have on the mind and will: they weaken the spirit, making them less than men. They lose their own will, little by little becoming automatons that obey their only master. While still alive, the miners of the Hadonium Overlord make up his loyal following, obedient to the last consequences... including the fatal ones.
