Do your miniatures come painted, or do you offer painting services?
All of our miniatures ship to you unpainted, and we do not offer painting services at this time, but it is something that we may explore in the future.
Why do your pictures shows the miniatures painted?
The modelers that we work with provide us with digital renders of their miniatures. Most of the time they send us pictures of them painted and unpainted, but on some models that we have had for long time, we only have a painted render of them. Every product listing states that they come unpainted.
Where are you located?
We are located in Minnesota, so all miniatures will ship from here. We only sell online, and do not have a physical store.
Do you sell at any events?
We currently only sell online, here on our website and on Etsy. We do not sell at any events currently.
Do you offer printing services?
We do! Please see information here on our Printing Services page.
Shipping
What is your current processing time?
Our current processing time is roughly 10-14 business days. On occasion we may have an extra of a miniature so it may go out quicker, but for the most part our miniatures are put into our print queue as soon as they are ordered and are printed in that order.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do you package your products?
Almost all of our miniatures ship in 2 pieces, base and miniature. Larger miniatures will ship in multiple pieces. This means they will require some assembly on your part, but we have found this is the best way to make sure the models arrive safe and sound to your doorstep.
We use a combination of foam and bubble wrap for our packaging to ensure your order gets to you safely. We have tested many combinations of packaging material, and with our current combination, we haven't heard a bad review on packaging yet!
What is your refund and return policy?

Flesh of Gods Sizes
- Flesh of Gods models that are on 25mm, 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm Bases are all in 32mm Scale.
- We offer some of their models in 75mm Scale.
- Their busts are in 1:10 Scale.
Clay Cyanide Sizes
All of Clay Cyanide's miniatures are in 32mm scale
Can I get specific dimensions on a miniature?

Do you do custom sizing?
Yes! We will do custom sizing on any models that we can, please feel free to contact us on our Contact page, via email: plagueminiatures@icloud.com, or on social media with sizing wishes, and we will let you know if we can do it, and what the customization will cost.
